1. The diameter of the copper pipe

The diameter of the copper pipe should be selected strictly in accordance with the compressor suction and discharge valve interface. When the condenser and compressor are separated by more than three meters, the pipe diameter should be increased.

 

2. The distance between condenser and wall

Keep a distance of more than 400mm between the suction surface of the cold storage condenser and the wall, and keep a distance of more than three meters between the air outlet and obstacles. The inlet and outlet pipe diameters of the liquid storage tank shall be subject to the exhaust and liquid outlet pipe diameters marked on the unit sample. The compressor suction pipeline and the air cooler return pipeline shall not be smaller than the size indicated in the sample to reduce the internal resistance of the evaporation pipeline. When the adjustment station is made, each outlet pipe should be sawed into a 45-degree bevel, inserted into the bottom end, and the inlet pipe inserted into a quarter of the pipe diameter of the adjustment station.

3.  A certain slope of the exhaust pipe and return pipe

The exhaust pipe and return pipe should have a certain slope. When the condenser position is higher than the compressor, the exhaust pipe should slope to the condenser and install a liquid ring at the compressor exhaust port to prevent the gas cooling and liquefaction back to high pressure after shutdown At the exhaust port, liquid compression occurs when the machine is restarted. A U-shaped bend should be installed at the outlet of the air cooler return pipe. The air return pipeline should slope toward the compressor to ensure smooth oil return. The expansion valve should be installed as close as possible to the air cooler, the solenoid valve should be installed horizontally, the valve body should be vertical, and the direction of liquid discharge should be paid attention to. If necessary, install a filter on the compressor return line to prevent dirt from entering the compressor and remove water from the system.

4. others

Before tightening all the sodium and lock nut of the refrigeration system, lubricate with refrigerating oil to strengthen the sealing performance, wipe clean after tightening, and lock each cut-off door packing. 

The expansion valve temperature sensor is fastened to the evaporator outlet 100mm ~ 200mm with a metal clip, and wrapped tightly with double insulation. 

After the installation of the refrigeration system is completed, the overall appearance and color should be consistent. There should be no inequality in the intersection of pipelines. When the refrigeration pipeline is welded, there must be a drain port, and the nitrogen blowing from high and low pressure is used to blow the pollution in stages. 

After the stage blowing is completed, the whole system is blown until there is no dirt. The blow pressure is 0.8MP.
